“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”

– Nelson Mandela

Helping others is the important key to happiness. It must be taught from the schooling. At the same time, not everything can be spoon-fed. As a grown kid, one must be curious to know about their dream job. People working in the IT sector have the capacity to uplift the knowledge of many young minds. It is recommended for the students to know the working style of IT sectors.

Find the path

Many college students are struggling to crack the interview without knowing the procedures that are to be followed. There are many MOOC and public forums that encourage students to have live sessions with IT experts. Many students who had studied in their mother tongue face difficulties in communicating because of non-fluency in English. If students didn’t get the opportunity to have an IT workspace, they have to search for it. Even big tech companies are excepting smart work from the candidates. “There’s no failure, only feedback”.

Etiquette decides everything

Sharing basic business etiquette with the students will help them a lot. Etiquette will be a new term for many freshers. Sharing the basics of telephone etiquette, workspace, and dress code etiquette will be beneficial for freshers. It would be better if college students get a chance to communicate with IT employees. They can gain knowledge on the how and why IT is a booming sector.

The real happiness is in helping.

The experienced one has to guide freshers in the right way by explaining the benefits of the various organizations. It should not be like marketing. What IT employee conveys to freshers will be fixed in their mind. Thus he/she must convey the pros and cons of it. Apart from uplifting the students, they can also help needy people. They must be an example for upcoming youngsters in changing the world for the better one.
