What is motivation?
Motivation is defined as our innate desire to achieve a goal that is meaningful to us. We do action as a result of this drive(desire).
Motivation is about a goal that we want to achieve, it's about an unmet need that we want to satisfy.
It is rarely simple to achieve our objectives. It’s why learning how to stay motivated is so crucial when it comes to achieving our goals in the long run. And in a world where there are more distractions than ever before, from continual web access to continual messaging it can be even more difficult to stay focused and productive rather than succumb to what’s easiest at the time.

The ability to urge oneself to take initiative and action in order to achieve goals and accomplish tasks is known as self-motivation.
When reaching for a big goal, self-motivation plays a key role. But making a change in your life requires persistence, and many of us find it difficult to stay motivated over time.
