Hard work or talent — which is more important to succeed in the workplace?

In this competitive world, talent plays an important role rather than hard work. Even grass can be the greatest weapon for the one who is clever — This is the translation of the famous Tamil proverb. Talented one will always like to explore many things.

“Stars do not pull each other down to be more visible; they shine brighter.”
Matshona Dhliwayo

Even big tech companies are excepting smart work from the candidates. The Smart world needs talented solutions. One will hire a candidate who can solve the problem more smartly.
In reality, the hardworking farmer getting less pay than the seller in the market and the exporter. Making use of the farmer’s tedious efforts, the seller is making a profit in large amounts. It takes several months to grow paddy. Protecting the paddy field from pests, worms, and natural calamities is not an easy task. Honestly, this work must have a huge profit than the one who is exporting.

“The early bird gets the first worm, but the wisest bird gets the fastest one.”
Matshona Dhliwayo

Being strong in technical skills and weak in communication doesn’t make sense. You must be talented enough to grab the opportunities. The clever one’s talents won’t fail to work hard. To make one mentally fit, one must be skilled enough to balance life. Hard-working can make you physically and mentally stressed and tired. Many people are working hard without knowing what exactly they need.

“You’ve got to get up every morning with determination if you’re going to go to bed with satisfaction.”
George Lorimer

The talented one will invest the profit, and the hard-working one will be in a loop of doing daily tasks. The proverb “No pain, no gain” got changed according to this competitive world. “No brain, No gain” is the new normal.
