Cake Fest 2015

It’s a gloomy Saturday, but that shouldn’t dictate your day’s direction. Especially not with the cake fest happening today at Uhuru Gardens.

What is the cake fest?

Well, the name is self explanatory. It is a festival where cake houses in Nairobi come to showcase cakes they make. What this means is that you get to sample a wide variety of cakes. The best part is you only have to pay one fee — which is the entrance. How amazing is that?

I am personally not a huge cake fan, but with such an offer I think I might put aside my cake differences for a day. I would especially love to sample some red velvet, black forest, fudge cake and possible a blueberry cheese cake. You have unlimited options at your disposal.
