On days he is feeling exceptionally happy your latte will have a smiling face, in cases when he is feeling playful you might find the face of a farm animal in your cup and most days you will find a tastefully done rosetta. Hygiene is important to Nelson, he always keeps his counter clean and ensures all his instruments are pristine.
