What is a Yum Corporate account?

A Yum corporate account is an account that works on the buy now pay later system. With the account you can simple make an order and pay at the end of a specified time period e.g. one month.

Are there any charges with the corporate account?

No. The Yum Corporate account is interest free. You only pay for what you ordered.

Is there a limit to the number of orders one can place?

No there is no limit with the Yum corporate account. However, you can request to have an order limit for each of your staff. This will help you control your spending.

Can I track my orders?

Yes you can. For every order you make, it is stored on the system. When an invoice is sent, you can go back to your account and review all the orders you made to make sure that the figures tally.

What restaurants can I order from?

You have access to all restaurants that are available in your neighborhood.

Can individual staff have their own accounts?

Yes they can. Each individual can have a personal account. However, you will need to provide Yum with a list of all the staff with personal accounts that are being catered for under the corporate system.

Can you have multiple locations?

Yes, one can have multiple locations. This caters for different office branches and/or home delivery if needed.

Is this for lunch only delivery?

No it is not. You can also have dinner delivered. But, you can place restrictions for lunch only deliveries if need be.
