Koku Ramen - Is my Therapy!

Koku Ramen & Bites has the best vegan Ramen in the city so far!

It’s located in Beaverton and is our go-to place every weekend.
That’s the first place we think about when we want to eat outside.
The restaurant has one vegan option and it’s so rich in flavor… the first sip of the soup itself gives a feeling of contentment!

The soup, the noodles, and the toppings are all amazing. The vegetable broth has Japanese soybean paste and looks clear. We always ask them to make it spicy— they add mala seasoning to the broth to give it an extra oomph.
The vegan bowl also has tofu in it that fills up your stomach pretty quickly. The bowl is quite big and leaves no room for dessert :)

I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!
