Receive Cafe Orders in a Tablet

Launching Zstore App on Appstore and Google Play

Starting today, cafes in Zagl can receive and accept orders using ‘Zstore’ app. In order to receive orders on Zstore, do the following:

• Setup your cafe on https://zstore.zagl.io
• Download ‘Zstore’ on a tablet or mobile phone
• Login using your credentials
• Choose your store
• Select process orders

Now you can see that your tablet is waiting for new orders. When a customer places an order, the tablet rings, after which you can accept the order. When you accept the order and specify an estimated time, say 15 min, the customer receives the following notification:

Your order has been accepted by the cafe and the estimated time is 15 min.

Once you have prepared the order and marked it as complete, the customer will receive another notification:

Your order is ready for pickup. Thank you for ordering with us.

In summary, ‘Zagl App’ will help your customers place orders directly with you and ‘Zstore App’ will assist you in receiving and processing these orders.
