We are a group of product designers and user researchers at Zalando who have come together to share our stories with you. We believe it is imperative that designers reflect about their work in order to ensure maximum impact…this is why we are here.

Learn- create a collection of our work, a reference for designers both inside and outside of our organization, how we shape experiences .
Reflect- a chance for our team to zoom out, gaining new perspectives and insights into our work, how we make decisions that influence many people.
As designers, reflecting on ourselves and the world around us is fundamental. We must also possess the tools to help us shape our world, harnessing the power of digital technologies and our ability to create change. Join us as we delve deep into some of the more compelling topics surrounding design, discover what excites us, and learn about our creative processes.
