A healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

If you want to live a happy and fulfilling life, it’s crucial to keep your body in check.

This is pretty obvious.

Teeth are an important part of the body.

If you keep them clean and healthy, they will project a positive image of your entire presence.

How often should we brush our teeth?

Good question.

It depends from person to person.

If you advocate the idea that actions speak louder than words, then you’ll walk the talk and focus more on your actions; rather than just propagate words that you don’t comply with. And brushing your teeth is a deliberate action. Action to keep your teeth clean and healthy.

How often?

We cannot discuss this question without taking procrastinators on board who don’t care about their actions and are used to completing tasks at the eleventh hour. They believe in… never do today what you can put off until tomorrow.

If you’re a procrastinator like me, it’s wise to brush your teeth once a month, at least.

This way you can focus more on the things that matter.

Imagine the 5 minutes you can spare by not bruising your teeth every day.

Just imagine.

And if you’re a sucker for productivity, you’ll find a range of hacks that’ll help you use these 5 minutes efficiently.

The best part?

You’ll get to use less toothpaste, and your toothbrush will remain in good shape. How often do you change your brush… three months, six months, one year? Using this technique, you can easily use the brush for full 5 years. It will not only save money but time also.

Moreover, it will also keep you from unnecessary smiles. You’ll keep your mouth stitched up and only speak up when it matters the most. You’ll talk less and listen more.

As the saying goes…

… listen with the intent to understand, not with the intent to reply.

When you’ll listen with the intent to understand, you can pay careful attention to the message you are trying to convey. You will get more time to introspect, reflect and contemplate your thoughts.

You might say… okay, okay, I get it, Adnan. But what about off-white teeth?

Listen!

If off-white teeth save you money, and time and make you an intellectual and listen-centric person, then it’s okay to compromise this trivial thing for the bigger purpose.

You wanna come off dumb with white teeth or intellectual with off-white teeth?

The choice is yours.

Thank you for your precious time, friends!
