How integrating Zarget with Intercom improved our Lead conversion!
For Over a year, Our Customer Support team @ ZargetHQ has been using Intercom to communicate with our potential leads and convert them into customers. For those who don’t know what Intercom is:
Intercom is a messaging tool that lets you talk to consumers almost anywhere: inside your app, on your website, across social media and via email.
The Problem?
Throughout our journey, We have witnessed many of our customers trying to explain their queries/ the issues they face through long conversations via Intercom. This takes a lot of time & patience for our Support Executives to understand their queries & to figure out the actual problem they are facing with our product. Keeping this in mind, We wanted to help our Customer Support team by integrating our own Zarget’s Session Replay with Intercom to reduce endless conversations with our customers.
Zarget’s Session Replay feature lets you see what your visitors are doing on your website/product.
How does it Solve?
Zarget + Intercom integration allows you to see the most recent session of your potential lead within your Intercom dashboard. Next time, when you get support queries on Intercom, you can simply check their recent Session video and quickly find out a solution for that issue/query without taking much time. This has helped our Customer Support Team @ Zarget to solve user queries really quick and improved our conversion rate.
Alright! How Do I Integrate Zarget with Intercom?
To Enable integration, All it takes you is 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Integrate Zarget JS and Intercom code in your Website.
Step 2: Enable Intercom from the Integration Page inside our Zarget App.
Step 3: Create a new Session Experiment @ Zarget.
Voila! You have now successfully integrated Zarget with Intercom. :D
Now, Go to your Intercom Dashboard and visit a Lead’s profile page. You will see Zarget Session replay URL pushed to his/her activity feed. Click on the “View Recording” to see what the visitor been doing on your site. Don’t forget to check our docs here to learn about the integration in detail.
