When we announced Polls & Feedback feature, we made it available to our premium (Early Access) customers to get critical feedback from them.. It worked out well and we got good engagement from the customers.
Today, we are very proud and excited to announce the “Session Replay” feature for EAP customers -
To give you a quick intro about the feature,
Session Replay is a simple way to know your customer’s journey with your application. You can watch in real-time, how your customers are engaging at your website. You can watch their click patterns, mouse movements, page scrolls etc., on your web page like you are recreating the entire session. It is magic. You can see your customer’s behavior with just a click of a button. If they struggle/ get stuck, you know where to optimize and what tools to use to validate.
You can do a lot of things using our Session Replay, instead of going into details I’d like to invite you to try it out. Bringing out session recording in three months’ time was the challenge that we set ourselves. For the last three months, our team has been working relentlessly to get the feature out within the stipulated time.
