3 Effective Ways to Get Rid Of Milia Seeds That Work Like Magic

Milia seeds, also called oil spots or cholesterol spots, are little white or yellowish bumps that usually appear around and under the eyes. They can also appear on the nose, cheeks, forehead and chest. Milia seeds are harmless but they are irritating as you can feel the hard and bumpy small foreign things on your face. Everyone wants flawless skin, and so do you. But, you can’t simply squeeze the milia seeds because they are hard so squeezing won’t work. However, don’t worry because there are few effective ways to get rid of milia seeds that work like magic.

  1. Vitamin C Tablet

Do you consume any vitamin C product or tablet as a daily supplement? If you already have vitamin C product at home, you should be able to try this method. Any brand of vitamin C product would do the trick. Firstly, crush a tablet of vitamin C into powder. Then, mix the vitamin C powder with little water or aloe Vera gel. You don’t have to mix all the powder with the water or aloe Vera gel but, only mix the amount that you can cover your milia seeds. Therefore, a tablet of vitamin C can be applied for many times on the milia seeds. You may see the result within a week!

2. Citrus Juice

If you don’t have any vitamin C product at home, you can attempt for the second alternative which is citrus juice. Citrus fruits such as limes, lemons and oranges are rich in vitamin C so they work as much the same as the vitamin C tablets mentioned above. You can apply the citrus juice directly to the milia seeds using cotton buds or your finger. Be careful so that the juice won’t go into the eyes. Yikes! It will sure sting a lot. You can also mix the citrus juice with honey to make the solution more concentrated.

3. Ice Cubes

Last alternative is using ice cubes on milia seed. You can directly apply ice cubes on milia seeds for several minutes. Make sure you do it several times a day. It might take a while to get rid of milia seed using this method but it is the easiest way and it works too! Thus, it is worth a try. Good luck!
