Sometimes there is a time that we must get through ups and down. There is a time where we want to let go and give up everything without think of its consequences. There is also a time where we think we should stop doing what we are doing; holding on. But, do you know that maybe holding on a little longer is the right thing to do.

Why letting go when you have come this far?

The experiences, the struggles and the challenges that we are going through are there for us to make us a better human being. We grow from our struggles. Dare to try and to feel it. It is within the struggles we will find our real selves.

If the thing you are holding on is worth it. Then, why should you give up?

We hold onto things because we trust that we can get through the hurt, betrayal or rejection. It will break you sometimes but nobody can protect you from that. And when it happens remember all the good memories and the bittersweet moments that you tasted as well as everything you learned. Tell yourself how wonderful it was to live and blessed with life.

The struggle we live through that gives meaning to life.

How incredibly boring our life would be if there are no struggles or challenges to get through. And when you pass the phase of your struggles that is when you feel you have accomplished something. Only then you feel grateful for what you have.

There is something for us waiting to be found.

It’s inside of you. Take time to explore what you believe. If we can overcome the obstacles presented to us, we will find the success within ourselves to create something worthwhile. Sometimes we feel like we have nothing left to hold on and there is where hope comes into light.

Hope is what makes people stronger; sometimes, it is something that people clings to.

For who needs it or should I say everyone needs it, keep your head up. Never give up. You’re one tough cookie.

Share with us what are you holding on to and how you keep going through it.
