With Operation Horizon, Zebec will launch its own PoS, zk-rollup chain with a target TPS of 700,000. Join the campaign now to reserve the right to operate a validator node on the upcoming ZBC Chain!

In just 7 short months since its launch in March 2022, Zebec has reached a TVL of $300 million and has onboarded more than 500,000 community members. It is the largest business-facing project in the Solana Ecosystem, with more than 200 Solana projects using Zebec’s streaming payment system in their daily operations.

But with such meteoric growth came growing pains. While the Solana chain has served well to this point, we needed a more interoperable chain that could still maintain a high TPS. Even more critically, because Zebec handles essential payment services like payroll and is working with companies like Visa to revolutionize payments, we simply cannot afford to have outages. Zebec must be reliable.

For these reasons, we have decided to launch a rollup chain that enables speeds of up to 700,000 TPS. We are building a multi-chain, interoperable infrastructure — one that can attract more users and partners to Zebec.

That’s where Operation Horizon comes in.

Operation Horizon will help launch Zebec Chain, or ZBC Chain, a payment-focused L1 built by and for the community. Operation Horizon consists of 2 key components: Zepoch Node NFTs and Themis Gavel NFTs.

Zepoch Nodes NFTs guarantee the right to run a validator node on ZBC Chain when it launches. In the meantime, it gives the holder many lucrative streams of revenue. Built for utility, it acts as a proof of identity, and will be sold to raise money for the chain, recruit validators, and incentivize community growth.

There is a total of 30,000 Zepoch NFT available for sale, with an addition of 30,000 Themis Gavel synchronized with the sale, Zebec will release the announcement in two isolated phases, and Binance Smart Chain (BNB Chain) will be the primary gateway.

Themis Gavel NFTs are soulbound tokens (SBTs) that give their holders governance rights. The first 288 Zepoch Node NFT holders will receive Themis NFTs, but the rest will be earned by contributions to the community and protocol. 30,000 of each NFT will be minted in total.

To receive one of the first 288 Zepoch Node NFTs, you must sign up for the whitelist before October 11, 1 pm UTC, and also commit to stake 188,888 ZBC tokens for a year. You will receive the NFT after staking the tokens, and can always withdraw your stake after a year. After the first 288 Zeopoch have been distributed, Zepoch Node NFTs will start at $2,000 USDT, with the price automatically increasing by 0.5% for every 50 Zepoch NFTs that get distributed.

As a Zepoch NFT holders, you will be entitled to various revenue streams until ZBC Chain launches, including:

  • Sharing in 20% of the revenue from Zebec protocol once the chain is live
  • A 5% USDT rebate for every purchase made with your referral code
  • Between 5%-15% of the airdrop rewards of the people you successfully refer
  • Builder’s Airdrop: An airdrop of ZBC and USDT based on your Zebec Points

There will also be a daily airdrop of tokens, though the parameters for that airdrop are still being worked out. Rewards are designed to favor early adopters and incentive referrals for quick community growth.

Be sure to join the whitelist! Only those who do will be able to get the first 288 Zepoch NFTs.
