How to use Zebec Pay

Zebec is a continuous settlement protocol on Solana. Zebec Pay, our first app, allows businesses, employees, and consumers to completely reimagine payrolls, adding in the crypto elements.

What does Zebec Pay offer?

The money can then be transferred from the Zebec App to any exchange or wallet of the employee’s choosing. From there, customers can withdraw their funds to their bank, trade them for another cryptocurrency, or reinvest them in Defi Protocols. Web2 and Web3 businesses will now be allowed to offer employees cryptocurrency payments as a benefit, either in place of or in addition to fiat solutions.

STEPS TO USE ZEBEC PAY

Sending

1. Download the Phantom Wallet extension on your browser and create a wallet.
2. Go to Zebec.io, and click on the Dashboard button in the top right corner.
3. Zebec will ask you to connect your wallet. Connect your Phantom to Zebec.
4. Once you have connected your Phantom Wallet, you will click the “Deposit” button on the top. You can deposit SOL, USDC, or USDT from your Phantom Wallet.
5. Once you have loaded Zebec with cryptocurrency, you can go to the Address book tab. You will enter the name and wallet address of the new user. Then, you will click the “Send” button at the top of the page. Now, you will be able to send money to any employee’s wallet.

You can customize your pay period to whatever is most convenient for your employee. You can input the Transaction Name, Receiver Wallet Address, token for the payment of your choice, amount of the total money you are going to be paying your employee for the pay period, and the Start Time/End Time of the pay period.

6. Click the “Send” button and approve the transaction on the Phantom Wallet.

7. You can find the details of the stream on the “Outgoing” tab, with details of the Receiver, Sender, Start and End Date, as well as the Total Amount.

Cancel, Pause or Resume transactions

Just go onto the “Outgoing Tab”, and click “Action” on the transaction you would like to pause. To resume the transaction again, you click “Action” and click resume.

As the person that streams the money to the employees, you can always “Pause”, “Resume” and “Cancel” the stream of money, making it easy to control the stream of payment at any given moment.

Customizing Stream Rate

You can also enable a Stream Rate. You can set it up so it can be for instance: 12 SOL per 4 weeks.

The employee will see money coming into his/her account by the second, and they will be able to withdraw at any point in time, providing easy access to their funds.

Withdrawal

To withdraw funds, you just click the “Withdraw” button, set the amount of crypto you would want to withdraw, and send it over to whatever address of your choice. These USDC and USDT tokens are SPL tokens, so we would recommend an exchange such as FTX for withdrawal purposes.
