ZeBrand is a branding service built to help all entrepreneurs scale their vision for the world to see. We want to give all entrepreneurs access to the tools that help them scale their vision. It provides support with visual identity design, branding refinement and guidelines, and brand assets delivery. A collection of such brand assets is called a ZeBrand Kit. In this article, we would like to introduce the concept of ZeBrand Kit.

What is a ZeBrand Kit?

A ZeBrand Kit consists of suggested materials that visualize your business idea — your brand assets. The materials are compiled by our service with the help of a short questionnaire that asks for your company’s name, industry, a few keywords to describe your business, and your mission statement.

What are the Brand Assets?

Brand assets are the instruments with which you shape your brand to reflect your business vision: color schemes, fonts, photos, logotypes, and much more. Brand assets and the consistency with which they are used directly influence your brand’s perception by the world, including your potential customers and business partners.

In ZeBrand, the assets are organized into a toolkit to communicate the importance of all objects serving one central idea — your vision. Your vision will shape the inside and the outside of your business and will influence its success in the long run. The assets are also organized for ease of use. Together, they provide the essential baselines for your company’s image.

What does the ZeBrand Kit include?

A ZeBrand Kit includes mission, core values, logotypes, colors, typography, and photography:

  • Mission is what you feed ZeBrand in the questionnaire
  • Core values are suggested based upon the keywords that you offered
  • Logotypes are suggested in several color schemes; if you already have your own logo, you can upload it, too
  • Color palette consists of a primary and a secondary color, as well as the highlight and neutral colors
  • Typography offers a pair of fonts that are to be used on your company’s web pages, booklets, and other materials
  • Photography section provides photos that reflect the brand’s character

By generating a ZeBrand Kit you get a number of instruments that you will be able to use at your own discretion for the purposes of advertising, digital presence, company’s internal materials, and more.

You can share your toolkit with your team members for them to preview it and offer their own suggestions. This way your entire team will be able to keep track of the branding process and feel involved in shaping how your business is perceived.

Apart from the main brand toolkit, ZeBrand offers more advanced materials:

  • Brand guidelines used for internal documents, as well as company brochures; they are also useful when working with other designers or design agencies
  • Presentation materials that comprise a set of presentation slides
  • Social media assets containing profile pictures and headers for your business platforms on social media

So how do I use my ZeBrand Kit?

Organizing your Brand Design

To view and edit your brand design, you need to go to your main page on ZeBrand and make sure you are on the Brand Design page.

You can edit most of the assets there. This pertains to your mission, values, and your color palettes. Apart from the automatically suggested color scheme, you will have a choice of several ready-made palettes that will be offered based on your questionnaire answers, as well.

Downloading the assets

It is possible to download the suggested assets. To do that, go to the Brand Assets page of your ZeBrand account and click on the category of assets you would like to download.

Combining the ZeBrand Kit with your own assets

But what if you already have, say, a logotype? Or you have decided what colors to run your brand with? When you have some branding elements of your own already, you can simply use them instead and take just what you need from our brand toolkit.

ZeBrand Kit is a great option for building a brand entirely from scratch, but it can also serve as a solid foundation for filling in the blank spaces in your own branding canvas, if necessary.

In marketing, being recognizable is a powerful property of any brand.

Your brand is an all-permeating entity that touches everything you offer to the public: labels, advertising, social media campaigns and presence, and many other things.
