A couple of months ago I bought an iPhone. One of the features that I enjoyed most compared to my 1st gen iPod Touch (other than that I can actually call people) was the little remote/mic that’s in the ear phone wire. It’s great, I use it to stop my music, forward, increase and decrease volume and to activate voice control so I can call my wife while cycling home.

However, a few days ago the buttons started to act up, they would activate automatically or not respond at all. So I contacted Apple through their website and within a few hours I got a response saying they’ll send me new ear phones for free and an envelope to send me the old one back. Two days later a UPS guy delivers me the new ear phones and takes the old ones with him. Everything works great now.

Thanks Apple!
