Once you’ve downloaded the Zego App onto your phone, you can then create an account and begin your registration. Our virtual assistant, Lucy, will ask you a series of questions about your details, your vehicle details, your driving history and which companies you will be working with.

Before you can go ahead with your quote, our teams will need to do a few quick checks. Depending on the policy you’re looking for, they may give you a call.

If they don’t need to call you, you’ll get a notification on your phone letting you know when everything is ready for you to set up your cover.
