How to mint on RMRK
Short guide
In this short guide, we will go over the process of minting your own NFT on the singular.RMRK app.
You may see it as a challenge — to mint your own NFT, but thankfully with the RMRK app, it has become a lot easier!
Here are some steps on how to mint your very own NFT with the RMRK app from your Seer program wallet:
- Make sure you have polkadot.js browser extension.
- You should also have a substrate wallet (Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySh3fGl3UAM).
- Please, make sure to have a small amount of KSM on that wallet(for the fees).
4. Connect your wallet to the RMRK app by clicking the “Connect wallet” button.
5. Click on the “Create” button at the top of the page.
6. Every NFT minted on RMRK has to be a part of the collection. That means: first, you must create your own collection.
7. Select your new collection and click on the “Choose file” button to upload your NFT file!
ATTENTION! Files must be: A JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, OGG, GLB, PDF file of your NFT (maximum size 30mb)
8. Now, hit the “Create” button and sign the transaction with your wallet!
9. Enjoy the result!
