Bonus refund, top up with another card and other features now available in your messenger bank
While ZELF team is focused to roll out highly anticipated Google Pay and Apple Pay contactless payments in the coming month, we’re ready to share fresh features newly available in ZELF chatbot:

Let’s have a quick look.
🔄 Bonus Refund
After you receive and activate your card you can refund your purchases with your spendable bonus balance. Let’s see how it works:
- Choose 👑 My Zelf in your bot menu and tap Make a Refund.
(By the way, if you finished in the TOP-1000 players of the Leaderboard 1.0. the special status emoji now appears near 🥇My Zelf button and near 🥇YOUR NAME everywhere in the system).
2. View the list of purchases available for refund and send the number of the purchase you would like to refund.
3. Confirm by tapping Refund. Your balance is now topped up with your spendable bonuses.
Important things to keep in mind:
The minimum purchase amount available for refund is €5.
Give your transaction at least 24h to appear in the list of the purchases available for refund.
You can refund only qualified purchases, which do not include money transfers (PayPal, Venmo etc.); SEPA transfers; utility and telecommunications bills; quasi-cash; payments of taxes, fines, post services; transfers to gambling websites, brokers, dealers.
📥 Top up by 💳 number
One of the outstanding features of ZELF basic account is free unlimited top up through a bank transfer directly to your IBAN. To give you more flexibility and send money to your ZELF account instantly we introduce Top up by 💳 number feature.
To make a simple transfer from another card go through these steps:
- Go to the 💳 Card menu. Tap on 📥 Top up and select Top up by 💳 number.
- Fill in your card details in secured browser window, enter the amount you would like to Top up
- Click Top up and follow the prompts. Done!
Important things to keep in mind:
While we provide unlimited free top ups via IBAN, this feature is limited. Heavy users get 3 free card top ups in ZELF Premium and 10 free card top ups in ZELF Pro. Before we introduce the upgrade to Premium in ZELF we open 1 free top up 🎁 for everyone.
Your monthly top up limit is €150 for non-verified account. It means that you can’t receive more than €150 on your ZELF in one month no matter how you topped it up.
⛔️ Block The Card
If you suspect that your personal data may have been stolen, you can block your card. For that, you need to enter the 💳 Card menu and choose the ⛔️Block command:
💳 Card > ⛔️ Block
After the card is blocked, you will receive a message with instructions how to restore your card. Until then, most actions in the main menu will be blocked.
