Zelf version 1.0 release
First Zelf Cards are in — and so are new features!
TL;DR
First Zelf cards reached top Zelfers in France and Spain. Highest priority is given to the core of our community — leaderboard winners, our partners, ambassadors and advisors.
Please wait for “Your card is ready” notification from the bot. Everybody in France and Spain should get their cards by the end of June and the rest of Europe by September.
ZELF 1.0 features:
– Zelf virtual Mastercard debit card issuance (with +1 spendable bonus once you receive the card)
– Top up via IBAN from Eurozone
– Online purchases (with +1 spendable bonus once you make your first purchase of 5€ or more)

How can I get my Zelf card?
Simple as that: you’ll be notified directly in the chat bot that your card is ready. Don’t miss it!
Once you receive the card, you’ll notice your Zelf has updated. 👑 My Zelf menu will now show actual balance, pending and spendable bonuses (+1€ in spendables after you received the card) and allow you to view account statements.
How can I get money on my Zelf account?
The magic 📥 Top Up button is right there for you. Every Zelfer will find a unique code that enables international (primarily used in the European Union) transfers, called IBAN. Copy your IBAN and make a bank transfer from another account directly to your Zelf. Or you can share IBAN with someone who wants to pay you.
Buy Things On Internet
As contactless payments are not yet available you can use your Zelf card for buying services and goods on the Internet only. To access the data about your card, you can click a button or just write “Show my card”, “card”, “card number” and all the similar commands. The card menu will show what you can do now, including the Reveal my card button.
The Limits
The European financial legislation enacts banks to be aware of the financial flows of their customers for public security. This is why we have to set the limits on the card use, which will be removed once you verify yourself.
For now, the limits are:
— Max Wallet Load Limit: €150
— Refund Payout Limit: €150 max per month
— Online Purchase Limit: €50
— One-Time Top Up Limit: €50
You can increase your limits by passing the verification procedure (professionally called KYC). You’ll be able to do it via Zelf bot when we introduce this feature. Once the verification is passed, your limits will be increased.
Security Notes
To ensure your money is safe, please be aware of the following information:
Zelf never passes the card number in the chat
In order to take a look at your card, the new window will open. It’s required to ensure that your personal data is safe from scammers and frauds.
Every card transaction is secured with PIN-code in SMS
So, if you want to buy some stuff online, you’ll receive following message:
🔒 PIN-code has been sent to you via SMS.
Consequently, you’ll be able to finish your purchase only when you correctly enter the PIN code.
Block The Card
If you suspect that your personal data may have been stolen, you can block your card. For that, you need to enter the 💳 Card menu and choose the Block command:
💳 Card > ⛔️ Block
After the card is blocked, you will receive a message with instruction on how to restore your card. Until then, most actions in the main menu will be blocked

GDPR is the main European document that regulates personal data protection. We are proud to follow it to the letter.
