How to import Ethereum tokens into your Zelcore wallet
ERC20 Tokens
ERC20 is a set of standards that allow the creation of tokens on the Ethereum Network. Many of the top Cryptocurrencies use the ERC20 standard instead of running their own blockchain, for example; LINK, AAVE, DAI, UNI and YFI.
Zelcore currently supports over 120 ERC20 tokens, so make sure you check to see if your favourite tokens are already supported before continuing.
With so many ERC20's available it’s impractical for wallets to support them all. However, within Zelcore it is very easy to import your favourite ERC20 token within a few simple steps.
How to Import ERC20’s into Zelcore
STEP1
Login to Zelcore

STEP 2
[Click the ‘+’ ] in the centre on the Portfolio screen.
STEP 3
Within the Asset management menu:
[Click the ‘Import Ethereum Token’ Icon]
STEP 4
Enter the correct information for the ERC20 token you want to import and click, ‘Import’
Not sure where to find this Information? Then keep scrolling
Lets find the required Information
STEP 5
Navigate to your Favourite Crypto Tracking website or alternatively directly to the Token Block explorer.
Search for the Token you want to import.
The Token Name and Ticker will be displayed.
Step 6
Now we need to find the Contract address, this can be found on the specific Tokens Block explorer.
[Click on the Explorer link]
Step 7
Here you can copy the Contract address and paste it into Zelcore and check the token decimal places. (usually 18)
Below is an example of completed fields for importing CRV Token.
WARNING
Please double check the contract address and make sure it’s for the token that you want, anyone can create an ERC20 including fake versions of existing tokens.
Step 8
[Click Import] and your Token will appear in you Portfolio.
Please note, as this is imported token, the token will be shown with the default ‘NO LOGO’ icon.
You will now be able to send and receive the imported token by clicking the icon.
