As your consciousness rises, it means your vibration and frequency are increasing. Consequently, the speed of causality, the intensity, and the speed of interactions will also correspondingly increase. Therefore, this point needs to be well understood.

Understanding Causal Effects in Life

Even if you haven’t studied meditation, even if you’re just an ordinary person without any spiritual inclination, and you’ve never thought about spirituality, you are still surrounded by these energy movements, and you are still subject to the constraints of causality.

However, most people do not understand the principles behind this causal effect. They always complain and blame their fate, thinking they are just unlucky or that they have encountered bad people. In fact, it’s not the case.

If you have enough understanding of the things happening around you, you will find that everything has a true internal cause. This internal cause always originates from yourself. All those unfortunate external events, all those so-called bad people, are merely tools through which life’s energy impacts you.

They are just tools, and blaming them is not entirely fair because the ultimate responsibility lies with you. It is you who have become too rigid, your shell too closed off. It is you who have attracted these impacts. Ultimately, all the responsibility rests on you. Your ego has become too inwardly closed off, too crystallized, automatically triggering life to impact you.

Breaking the Vicious Cycle of Self-Protection

This point must be well understood. It manifests in your life, in everyone’s life, every day, and most people do not understand what is happening. This is actually the causal effect of life’s energy, the balancing effect.

You can think of it as forcing you to change, but a better way to say it is: it is prompting you to gain understanding. It is not forcing you; it is compelling you to open your doors.

If you don’t understand, you will find it difficult to truly open your doors and may shut yourself off even tighter due to self-protection tendencies. This leads to a vicious cycle: the tighter you close yourself off, the greater the external force will be.
