The Road Often Traveled

Believing in who you are at the core

Trusting the journey whilst still knowing-

You have not taken the road less traveled-

Rather, choose to wander the

outskirts of its rocky terrain…

It is a hard road to travel indeed.

For the way is often paved in self-doubt.

And at times …only the thorny underbrush

and broken stones will lead the way…

Still- you must trust…

Stay the course

Know what is true

For the way home-

leads back to you..

A discovered journey

fills the pages of my

soul, unwritten with

adventures, new and old.

The road once taken, now detours

to paths unexplored…
