Breaking The Circle

Everything starts with a moment of clarity

I break the ancestral circle with my eyes closed.
Neither pain nor death exists in this immense constellation.
Sweet hug that heals all the wounds of the soul.
A moment of clarity.
A moment of serenity.
Drops of light slip through the tired veins.
My past pain does not define me.
My wounds are not what gives me life.
I break the circle, trying not to look back.
My life, my love, my dreams…
