Jade petals

Iridescent on the vine

Lingering to smell the Jasmine

I lose… to time

Wandering on pause

Like a bubble of champagne

Caught up in reverie

I forget the mundane

Remembering to breathe

Lavender evokes

No longer lost

Suddenly awoke
