When we feel anger,
It just seems to increase and increase,
Till it becomes fury.
Is there a special way to re-direct?
All that negative energy into something,
More positive, more productive,
And a very imaginative, created thing.

We need to take control of the dragon.
To tame it and to control the monster.
Think about how you could use that anger,
To develop into something more useful.
Grab onto the next brilliant idea,
That enters your head at that time.
Use your imagination and creativity,
To write something powerful and sound.
It will be read and heard for miles around.

Destructive energy breaks things down.
Use constructive energy to build something,
Of value and wisdom from the ground.
The dragon of anger and fury can be stopped,
If you can manage to redirect your energies,
Into something that spurs your creativity.
