Each Element Has A Story To Share
Your body is the ocean,
it flows in every which way.
Up and down,
the tides of your life move by.
You cannot push them away,
choose to feel every single emotion.
Your body is the air,
ever-changing and congruent.
Just like the breeze that wooshes by,
every day and night.
Open yourself to adventure,
for it is an answered prayer.
Your body is the fire,
burning bright and brash.
Once passionate,
there is no way to stop you.
Dare to be different,
never give up on what you desire.
Your body is the earth,
a natural state of groundedness.
You are in the now,
truthful and present.
You are one with Mother Gaia,
with life comes death and rebirth.
