- Is it really true that meditating a little every day can end up changing your life?
- And how long does it take for that to happen?
- When do we start to notice the effects of this practice?

In our daily lives we are used to moving at a very fast pace, which leads us to constantly look for quick fixes.
However, deeper changes take time and practice. We need to keep this in mind when we try to acquire new habits that will make a decisive contribution to increasing the well-being of our lives in the long term.

Changing your life for the better takes time, but it’s worth it — there’s nothing more precious.

The video I’m suggesting today contains very clear answers to the questions and doubts I raised at the beginning.

In this video, Dr. Alok Kanojia (a Harvard-trained psychiatrist), explains in a very clear way how, over time, the practice of meditation can radically change our lives.

He explains how this change is progressive and cumulative.
The effects of meditation practice cumulatively alter:
- our physiology
- our emotions
- our relationships with others
- and, finally, our way of looking at the world.
