We tend to think that our hearts and minds are separate identities.
However, science, in particular the investigation of the HeartMath Institute, has made discoveries that not only deny this idea but also reveal the intelligence of the heart and how to access it.
The flow of information between the heart and mind is greater than we think, and most originate in the heart. This means that if we can access the wisdom and power of the heart, we can use it to calm the mind.
