A Double-Rainbow Over London for Elizabeth II, a Kiss for the New King
On Thursday afternoon the rain that had been falling in London outside Buckingham Palace where thousands waited on news of the Queen’s health finally stopped as Elizabeth II died and a double-rainbow lit the sky above the mourners, the flag outside Buckingham Palace lowering to half-staff.
