How does Zentist work?
In short, you tell us what your dental issues are, we give you some options for pricing (3 to be exact), then you can book your treatment with a doctor you feel good about. Here’s exactly how it will work:
- On the home page, click the Get Your Custom Treatment button. You will be asked to describe how you’ve been feeling and even select the treatment you want more information about. We’ll give you a ballpark price, then you’ll be prompted to book your CT scan (an x-ray required by all healthcare providers prior to implant or orthodontic care).
- Check the calendar for availability through the integrated doctor scheduler and choose the best doctor in the best clinic on the date that works for you. If needed, adjustments can be made to the date, dental implant procedure, price or anything else. You are then ready to book and pay for your trip through our platform.
- Once you have your dental implant procedure, you become an Zentist patient. You are encouraged to review your doctor and clinic so that future candidates benefit from your experience. As a Zentist patient, you will be an influential member of our community and help us in our mission of bringing healthcare to all.
Who are the members of the Zentist community?
DOCTORS: Licensed and certified DMD or DDS recipients. We house the largest pool of talent in dental care.
CLINICS: Recognized and accredited clinics, hospitals and medical centers.
CANDIDATES: Interested patients who are looking to take control of their health and do not want to compromise on quality. Armed with the help and guidance of their local doctors and looking to find value in healthcare globally, we make sure that patients receive 24/7 support to get the care they need.
PATIENTS: Those who already have already had a dental implant procedure facilitated by Zentist. Patients are ready to lead and guide new candidates. They also provide valuable feedback and help us advance our mission of making quality healthcare available to people around the world.
How can I find the right clinic or doctor for me?
We match based on your needs. You can view each hospital in detail (facilities, rankings, Zentist alumni reviews, pictures, available upgrades in hospital accommodation and their profile). You will be able to see the doctors in that clinic who specialize in your selected dental implant procedure and their rankings, reviews, along with their profiles and availability.
How can I decide which clinic to select if I found several that I like?
Once you have shortlisted the best clinics and their doctors, you can compare them side-by-side. Based on the descriptions, pictures, and other literature provided on our platform, you can reserve your dental implant procedure with your selected doctor.
I can’t find my dental implant procedure or available clinics that offer it. What should I do?
There are many unsupported services due to legal limitations or fully-booked provider schedules. Please contact Zentist and we will help you find clinics and doctors for the dental implant procedure you need.
How should I review a clinic or doctor?
Post-treatment, we recommend leaving a review on your doctor, clinic, treatment, and/or overall experience so we can visualize an experience for the next Zentist candidate. Try to review the clinic and the doctor objectively. Please include any details, whether positive or negative, so that clinics and doctors listen to you and learn from you.
If I ordered extra services how can I adjust my price?
If you and your doctor agreed to extra services, upgraded facilities, they will adjust the price and offer it to you for your acceptance. Once you accept, the total cost will be adjusted and your dental implant procedure will be booked.
How should I arrange my post-dental implant procedure care?
We recommend contacting your doctor and letting Zentist provide him/her your full dental implant procedure information. He/she will be up-to-date on your current condition and can assist you further, as needed. In addition, your Zentist doctor is available to answer inquiries on further consultation.
Is the information that I send to the doctor or clinic secure?
The Zentist platform securely stores your information on our HIPAA-certified servers. The doctors and clinics who review your case will never share your files, images, or other information with any third party without your consent.
How can I contact a clinic or doctor?
After you’ve found your preferred doctor and clinic, you just need to create your profile. Creating your profile will allow you to access our Talk2Doc messenger. Our messaging system will give you access to message, call, or video chat with your doctor. If you see your doctor’s status is online, your doctor (or their assistant) will be able to answer and talk to you right away. If your doctor is offline, you can write them a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
