Zephyr Board Election 2020: deadline imminent!!
If you’re following us, you already know that the nonprofit Zephyr Foundation’s mission is to advance rigorous transportation and land use decision-making for the public good, by advocating for and supporting improved travel analysis and facilitating its implementation.
But an important note: Zephyr has an annual election every June to select its Board. There are two open seats this year, and there are just a few days remaining to:
(1) become a member, so YOU can vote in the election, and
(2) nominate individuals (yourself or others) for those open seats!
One of the most important aspects of being a member of the Zephyr Foundation is having a vote in the annual Zephyr Board election. To be eligible to vote, you MUST be a member in good standing as of
JUNE 10, 2020.
That is this coming Wednesday!! The election itself will be held on June 24th.
Please become a member right now to be eligible. Zephyr is an all-volunteer organization and it depends on membership for literally everything it does.

Hopefully many of you have seen and participated in the series of seminars and learning sessions put on by Zephyr this summer! The response has been wonderful, and we’re thrilled to organize more events like this. Zephyr is nothing without its members, and the board determines the future direction of Zephyr. Please join us!
