Zero Carbon Project experienced a productive couple of weeks, winning a ‘Future Impact’ Award in London followed by a ‘Social Good’ Award in Amsterdam.

The ‘Future Impact’ Award was for applying blockchain technology to solving real world problems. It was awarded by the Blockchain Alternative Investment Conference (BAIConf 2018) on 19th June. The Award was one of three award categories with twelve shortlisted candidates presenting to a judging panel including Ismail Malik of ICO Crowd, Kate Goldfinch of FinTech Times and Veronica Mihai of Bloomwater Capital.

The ‘Blockchain for Social Good’ Award was for developing a blockchain technology solution for environmental problems, in our case tackling climate change. It was awarded by the Blockchain Expo Europe 2018 on 27th June in Amsterdam.
