It’s off to the races to get a new traffic source for my blog: project Nefertum.

I mentioned how I intended to do this moving forward here, and since I am currently wearing so many hats for this project, I cannot afford to burn out on just one or others.

So, I kicked off with Pinterest, and thanks to my assistant — he makes some impressive pins.

The goal was to write two articles each (him and I) and post 3 pins daily.

That will be 4 articles and 36 pins a month.

I wish I could say we got close to the goal. We are a far cry from it and for many reasons.

The articles we write have to be in-depth; we cannot write surface-level articles, they will not just work. The article would seem incomplete.

It takes us about a week to research, proofread, and publish an article, which usually starts at 1500–2000 words before we edit it to about 1000 words.

For Pinterest, my assistant is the guru, and Canva designs. He has over 500 designs done on Canva.

How do I know? Because Canva recently awarded me for having up to 100 designs on the platform, I asked him what his milestone was.
