Being a founder is hard. It’s a field of mental and emotional challenges that are about figuring things out, somehow someway. I love building Z2D but know it’s a whole different challenge to build a service business compared to a product. I respect product founders massively, and I’m building Z2D to help them in their UX/UI.

To keep true to that here are 7 tips for founders when it comes to UX/UI. Why 7? Because that’s typically the max amount of information our brains can hold at once #MillersLaw

Leverage free & excellent inspiration

There’s so much inspiration out there now, lean on this abundance of excellent work that’s already done for you and for free. Dhruv from Tuck who is in my network mentioned how much he’s learnt from Zander Whitehurst. He’s one of many leaders and content creators in the space, here’s a few more places to get good resources:

  1. Zander Whitehurst on IG
  2. Jared Spool on Twitter
  3. Z2D on Medium 🔌
  4. Tom Scott on LinkedIn
  5. Dribbble (other repositories like Behance, Envato etc.. are great)

Leverage the free content out there just like with the product mashup. Then you can create great artists steal vibes, collate…
