Caribbean Landscape Photographer Sharon Weil Hornstein Announces First NFT Collection Drop on the Zeromint NFT Marketplace
Renowned photographer Sharon Weil Hornstein will feature a select collection of Turks & Caicos landscape digital images as NFTs in Zeromint.
TURKS & CAICOS | RENO, NV — November 18, 2021 — Renowned professional landscape photographer Sharon Weil Hornstein has announced plans to drop her first NFT collection on Zeromint. Sharon’s Caribbean landscape photographs, often described as “stunning” and “breathless”, are coveted and treasured by fans and enthusiasts worldwide. Hornstein’s work perfectly captures the unmatched serenity, beauty, and colors unique to the Turks & Caicos Islands, where millions of people around the world aspire to visit. For those who have already had the chance to experience life in the Islands, Sharon’s photographs provide fans with the opportunity to relive and recall the fond memories of their visit and to infuse a coastal living vibe into their corporate and residential spaces. Fans will now have the opportunity to experience and share Sharon’s work in the form of unique NFTs that will be featured on the Zeromint NFT Marketplace.
Sharon has curated a limited collection of nine unique digital images minted as NFTs featuring the landscapes, marine and animal life of the Turks & Caicos Islands. Notably, each NFT purchased will also serve as a single raffle ticket that will be entered in a drawing for a gorgeous Caribbean landscape image captured by Hornstein and printed on eco-friendly bamboo fine art paper. Ten percent (10%) of the proceeds will go towards an ocean conservation organization or charity to be announced by Hornstein.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Sharon left the corporate world following a thirteen year multinational marketing career to raise her family and pursue her passion for photography. Sharon first visited Turks & Caicos in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the beauty of both the Islands and its people. She has returned frequently over the years, camera in hand, growing her collection of images which she hopes serve as a striking reminder of the unmatched beauty of the Islands. Shooting primarily in color, she strives to make photographs of strong yet simple subjects at a unique moment in time.
Now residing in both the United States and Turks & Caicos, Sharon has amassed a large collection of photographs, some of which are featured and offered for sale on Sand Dollar Images. Sharon currently partners with interior designers and works directly with private and corporate clients, who seek to infuse a distinctive coastal living vibe into their spaces. Sharon’s work has appeared in magazines and been shown in galleries, museums and libraries in the US and beyond. In addition to her existing fans and clients, Sharon will now also be able to showcase and share her art in a new medium and asset class for NFT collectors globally.
