Her
Scene-1:
Look at her, such a jolly person she is.
If only I had a life like hers.
She’s everywhere, & she’s just perfect.
God give me happiness, like hers.
Scene-2:
Hey look, what happened to her?
Is she crying?
Do you think some guy left her?
I wonder what’s wrong.
Scene-3:
She seems happy now.
I’m glad her problem is fixed.
She must be a beautiful soul.
May God keep her happy.
Scene-4:
She looks upset.
There must be something, really wrong.
Shall we go up there and ask?
She might be in pain. Now’s not the right time.
Scene-5:
She’s grown thinner.
She has a beautiful smile.
But look at her eyes, they don’t smile.
I hope she’ll be fine, soon.
Scene-6:
Look, she’s with a guy.
Must be her boyfriend.
They look so beautiful, together!
And they’ll live happily ever after.
Scene-7:
She’s alone.
Where’s the guy?
She must be waiting.
He didn’t come. She’s still waiting.
Scene-8:
The guy’s there.
His turn to wait now. (Laughs)
She must be on her way.
She didn’t come.
Scene-9:
He’s here.
What about her?
Not yet.
She didn’t come.
She didn’t come.
He didn’t come.
They didn’t come.
Scene-10:
He came.
Holy shit, he looks so sick!
Let’s go there. What’s he doing?
Staring at a coffin. And that’s hers.
(Four old men see a girl everyday. Based on their assumptions, they try to figure things about her life. They have seen her in highs and lows, and one of them suggests to meet her and ask about her life . But they keep it for "some other day."
One day, they finally get up to find out what’s going on and this is where the story ends.)
