Love, come not as a storm.
Scare not the heart with your wilderness
Come as breeze, teach it to embrace you.

Love, come not as the blazing sun
It’s blinding, the heart just been out of its’ hiding
Come as the shimmering moon, teach it to see the whole of you.

Love, come not as downpour
The pot is small and I know not what to do with the excess
Come as the gentle drizzle, teach it to contain all of you.

Love, be not so shameless
The heart’s been shy
Patience, please
It’ll will shed inhibitions.

And love, promise to stay.
The poor heart won’t love ever again,
If you hide again like you did last time.
