Piyush is happy, smiling, laughs with his peers. He seems like an average young boy with cheerful personality, working his way out left and right to be noticed among friends, but are his effort being perceived or being validated by his so called peers. Is he good enough?

He was never anxious on his future in his past days as he had many figures around him that remained with him in his good and bad, or was that a lie he was telling himself. But he is unsecured at this moment, why? maybe due to the fact that he remembered that he was the one initiating all those topics to chat among his friends, be it that of sports, love or society, maybe he figured slowly that his friends didn’t continue after he was empty.

Many things happened in his life, he wasn’t like this, he was blind believer of ever going friendship and happiness. Maybe due to the fact that he was delusional about his close friend with whom he used to share his daily nonsense was nowhere to be found today. Maybe that was it or due to the fact that nobody remembers him when he is out of picture, except for his parents whom he is deeply grateful . He was distant and poked throughout his childhood but he doesn’t want to address it. Maybe it affected him a little, his heart may have ached a little, he could have asked for a hand but didn’t, he should have stood up for himself or cried his heart out. He didn’t have to man up. He ponders on his past and wont open up to anyone, or did he revealed too much?

These days, Piyush seems changed. He likes silence and does looks unbothered. He has friends but he can’t be close with them like before unnoticed by them. ‘‘Am I selfish?’’, he question’s himself. He is reserved today and contemplate on being like this from the inception. He can be spotted with his family more often nowadays.
