Once in my town when the neighborhood was quiet, people on their homes. Suddenly the sound of a bustling town was replaced by the flapping wings of a beautiful phoenix flying above. Slowly the sun went down, and the cityscape transformed into a magical display of enchanting lights, revealing a world of wonder, a parallel universe that coexists with our own. Amazing yes, and suddenly my other self from the parallel universe came, and that moment I started freezing, I pinched myself and started thinking is this happening, she came near and consoled me and we started having a long talk sharing the verses of our intertwined existence in the tapestry of time. And then my brother called and unfortunately, I had to get out of my wonderful fantasy.

Imagination and me, yes, two sides of my life. Fantasizing the world with no one but me, during college hours, was scary and crazy, but yes that’s me.

I wish I had a Doraemon. Ha-ha, I just desired and my childish trait has already started demanding 1000’s of his gadgets. But my favorite is Anywhere Door. If I had anywhere door then I would go anywhere in the world without a visa. Just imagine how crazy that is. I am going to Antarctica first and will chill with penguins. Then I am going to Norway to see those northern lights I had always dreamt of and slowly every part of the world. And again my second favorite is the great time machine. Imagine going back through time and meeting with our ancestors but definitely, I am not creating a loop like the DARK series. I don’t want my mom to be my daughter.

I know my imagination is not turning into reality. But nothing can stop me. And why should I? I can start daydreaming anytime but the best time is when my professors are teaching. Thank god! My capability to create a fantasyland during college hours saves me from boredom.

Either watching The Walking Dead or realizing the zombie attack in my town, Watching 2012 and fantasizing about the end of the world, or watching Game of Thrones and wanting a dragon to roam around the entire Westeros.

If creating fantasies would be a job, then I could be the best employee. Sometimes I even fantasize about writing fantasies to create an infinite magical world, the world where imagination meets existence. My own Harry Potter, My own Disneyland.

Dreaming about fantasies is not bad. It’s that precious time we spend with ourselves that we can know about ourselves.

So, dear reader, let your imagination run wild as you venture into the urban wild, and may the distinction between the magical and the everyday blend into an amazing tapestry. We are encouraged to dream, to believe, and to discover enchantment in the most unlikely places of our lives by urban fantasy. Remember that true adventure is found in the magical realms woven into the fabric of our reality, not in the far-off realms of fantasy, as the city lights flicker and the stars above whisper tales of magic. Accept the magic of the city, and may you have many happy moments as you find the extraordinary in the seemingly commonplace.
