Why people of colour are paid less? How can we create healthy working environment with racial wage gap, opportunity gap, gender pay gap? Women are paid comparatively less than men. For this "Occupation segregation" , "Direct pay discrimination" and "Bias against working mothers" might come into play.
In many families talking about sexual preferences in the dining table is not digestible. Society has embedded a thought that there can be only two gender- male and female. Does people have to supress their identity just because of different sexual preference? The LGBTQ community people are those who are hatred the most. People are afraid to come up with their identity.

In context of a country like Nepal, a little girl living in Kathmandu gets excess to school bus, but the girl of same age in Karnali is forced to work for living. Age?-same, Needs?-same, Interests?-same and Rights? Parents feel insecure to send their daughter to school when she hits puberty. Young girls are brutally assaulted on their way to school. We have to realize that education is more than just an opportunity, it is a "necessity". But it is outrageous that still many young girls and boys couldn’t enjoy Right to Education. Rights are just in printed in the Constitution.

Society says "men should be bold, they shouldn’t express emotions" and "women can’t handle economy". Men are supposed to hide their pain. Both men and women should put shoulder to shoulder, break these stereotypes moreover celebrate the victory together.

1,273 incidents for Gender Based Violence are registered in the last year.(source: nepalmonitor.org) Many agendas and policies are made every year. But enough progress has not been made.

Panelists all over the globe are raising awareness. It should not be voice of women or people of certain race, it’s should be a matter of concern for everyone and entire globe should listen it. This fight shouldn’t last for long. We have to erase the word "inequality" from the world so that the coming generations will celebrate the spacious accomplishment in history.

Boys can shed tears, can grow up playing with rolling pins and Girls can dream about rocket and stars.

The next generation is watching us. We have to raise kids showing them a luminous future. We should teach kids to recognize people as a " Human Being" irrespective their color, caste, race, sexual preference, teach them to see the world according to generation equality.
