Setting Up MetaMask for Polygon (Matic Mainnet) — Custom RPC Configuration
Before we can start bridging the tokens, we recommend setting up Matic Network on your Metamask. MetaMask is a cost-free and protected browser extension that allows you to easily interact with multiple blockchains like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon.
If you’re new to Metamask, please download and configure it here. Once you’ve installed MetaMask, follow the steps below to customise the Matic Chain network and select Custom RPC.
A new screen will appear, and you need to add network details for the Matic chain, as shown below.

Once you have entered all the details carefully, click on SAVE, and with this, you are now ready to use Matic Network on Metamask.
Steps to transfer ZEE ERC20 to mint ZEE MATIC
Step 1. Open the ZeroSwap Matic Chain Bridge
Step 2. Connect your Metamask Wallet and choose Ethereum Mainnet
Step 3. Grant permission to Zeroswap to connect with your Metamask wallet by following the steps shown below.
Step 4. Once this is connected, the bridge platform will show ZEE ERC20 and ZEE BEP20 pair by default. Click on the dropdown menu and select Polygon.
Step 5. Choose the amount of ZEE tokens you wish to bridge and then select “Transfer”
Step 6. A pop-up window will appear and initiate the transfer requiring you to pay a nominal gas fee.
Step 7. Upon paying the gas fee, your transfer from ZEE ERC20 to ZEE MATIC is initiated.
Note- Ignore the notification that says ‘We’re transferring your tokens to the Binance Smart Chain as this will be rectified shortly.
Step 8. Please wait for the network to fully complete the transfer and once completed it will reflect automatically on the MATIC side of the bridge.
Now you can see that the tokens have been transferred from ZEE ERC20 to ZEE Matic
Step 9. The final Step will conclude with adding a custom ZEE token on Matic Network. Add ZEE token details as below
