ZeroSwap’s Playbook in 2022 — Community First Approach

The promise of a multichain future is brighter; it can only happen with the involvement of the Community.

Since the inception of ZeroSwap on Oct 19th 2020, the ZeroSwap team has grown from a couple of two to 15 members currently. As we grow, our mission to build a multichain compatible product suite aligns with crypto’s direction.

In addition to the team, with the start of 2022, ZeroSwap is committed to going “Community First” and adding up countless valuable community members. We aim to multifold empowerment and ownership, to build an open, permissionless, outstanding community, which would help build up the project long-term.

Before we begin, let us first define what Community Is!!

We believe that a clear roadmap, a clever go to market strategy, and influencer marketing, can help us go exponentially, but the Community in Web3 will stand above all.

Here is why? Decentralised Networks are open and permissionless; the token holders have the real skin in the game. A community’s commitment to the project determines the scale at which it will expand its wings.

Maximising Feedback

There is no better way to build than by taking feedback from the first-hand user of the product; for that, ZeroSwap will take the initiatives to set up forums and feedback boards. Since the product is only one year old, and the DEX is two months into its journey, a lot to #buidl and improvements lie ahead.

Taking feedback would also cultivate a productive online community and allow the users to shape the future of multichains.

The feedback forum will be live by Jan 20th 2022.

Knowledge Drops

There is nothing better than teaching a man to fish; ZeroSwap would be conducting a plethora of Knowledge Drops to educate users. These Knowledge Drops would comprise both technical as well as non-technical content. We believe the best projects should follow both approaches to engage the Community.

ZeroSwap is also a profitable revenue streamed organisation; we aim to give away some valuable subscription-based magazines as giveaways to our Community.

Wizard Ambassador Program

We want to leverage our Community’s high-value skill set. The ZeroSwap members would be on board as Wizard Ambassadors and contribute their network, influence, and resources. One benefit of being an early stage product is that the core contributors can be the first-hand users of the new features on the platform.

Wizard ambassadors will also generate passive income by referring projects to ZeroSwap and DeFi Wizard for IDOs and Smart Contract as a Service.

The early adopters and believers would be handsomely rewarded, and we will humbly acknowledge their contributions.

We will soon unveil the details of the Wizards Ambassador Program.

Productive Sessions

Community members will get the chance to voice their opinions online and offline; however, we will not follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we will conduct physical meetups and have synchronous and asynchronous sessions.

We will segregate holders, speculators and builders and conduct activities for all.

Expert Talk

Sometimes, we have questions about the crypto industry that require expertise specific to our industry and that subject matter.

That’s why we plan to invite trusted experts for Interviews and AMAs focused on the trends shaping the crypto community at present to get the answers we need. Learn from experts in verticals, including finance, community building, IDOs, DAOs, mergers, and more, have to say.

Community-First Company

We would love to meet the community members in person. But, if not, then the best is to build a remote community-first company and let the Community contribute to the growth in building up all of this. What should never go missing is the fun!

Community First and Customer First is our motto for 2022. Ultimately it is “You” for whom we are building.
