We’re a London based blockchain fintech startup, backed by Chinese institutional money, and founded by an Oxford educated ex-banker-trader, along with a group of passionate individuals, each with more than 10 years of experience in technology integration, marketing/user acquisition, and payment specialist consultancy.
Our vision is to allow the everyday consumer to maximise the use of their money by putting their idle daily use payment money in the right savings and investment products available on the market. With over 50+ potential financial partners, the consumer offering is increasingly vast but hard to navigate. At Zeux, we’re looking to build a next generation digital wallet integrated with an investment platform for both fiat and crypto currency.

The Opportunity:
Although this role is called investment banking analyst, the candidate won’t be working on any DCF model or fancy pitch deck. We named this position to attract the right profile candidates with right level of career ambition.
The candidate will be:
- paid similar to investment banking analysts, with expected income going up 30% — 50% every year;
- given equity options of the company to enjoy the success of the growth, with a potential to hold a senior management role within the first 2 years;
- able to learn a lot in the real business environment and having a lot more real responsibilities early on in his/her career than he/she would have by working in any large corporations.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with CEO at all time and getting involved in key decision making every step on the way.
- Doing market research, customer communications and sampling with the Head of Marketing to refine the user experience in order to improve our product design.
- Generate reports and analysing our business data to find insights to funnel into our product and business strategy.
- Being part of business development process by maintaining existing business client relationships and initiating new potential partnerships.
- Facilitate in operational process and understanding the whole process within the first 2 months of joining.
- Prepare investment pitchbook, grant application document with the help of interns.
Eligibility:
- Strong academic background from a top university is a must. Minimum 2:1 or equivalent.
- Degree in economics, science or engineering is preferred.
- 0–3 years of working experience from reputable firms in high intensity jobs. Strong fresh graduate candidates with strong internship experience is also acceptable.
- Experience in investment banks or consulting firms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial, result-driven and can work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment. Self-starter is a must.
- A passion for technology startup community and a strong believer in disruptive business models.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
