Zify enables Long-distance carpooling for the French strike.
If you are in France, then you must be aware of the ongoing train strike by the national railway company of France, SNCF, and there is a good chance that you might have been, or probably will be, affected by it, directly or indirectly.

For the car-owners, it is an extremely simple and safer way to recover their travel cost, mostly fuel, and have a better experience while driving to their destination. They simple need to provide their source, their destination, their journey date, and time. They could even choose and select their preferred route of driving and post it instantly. When a passenger requests a carpool with them, they receive an instant notification to either Accept or Reject the request. The ultimate choice is that of the car-owner, to choose with whom they would want to share.
To minimize the impact of the strike, users who are driving their cars, will be playing the most important role. And to ensure that their efforts are compensated fairly, Zify will not charge any commissions and the car-owners will receive the total trip cost shared by the passengers. So, for a distance of 500 kms, the car-owners would get the entire cost of €50 without the need of paying anything to Zify!
For the car-owners, we have made it simple to withdraw the amount to their bank accounts. They simply have to provide their IBAN and the amount would be credited to their bank account with days.
