NeoFi ($NEOFI) IDO on ZIGPad — Results are in!

1900%+ subscribed on the ZIGPad, NeoFi successfully exceeds its’ raise goal — and the credit goes to YOU, the ZIG holders.

Hey everyone,

As a follow-up to the BSC-based NeoFi ($NEOFI) IDO on the ZIGPad, we’re excited to share that the session closed with a whopping 1900%+ subscription, because of YOU! During the pledge period, we saw 54,608,730 ZIG worth almost ~$2.5 million committed to the project, exceeding the raise goal by $2,375,000!. Thanks to our fair sale mechanism, we’ve made sure that ALL OF YOU get a piece of the pie, as well as a refund for any excess ZIG pledged, based on the subscription ratio.

Let’s jump right into the results and more importantly, the next steps — in line with the ZIGPad guidelines established prior to the sale.

Results:

• Raise Goal: $125,000 against 2,777,777 NeoFi ($0.045/NeoFi)
• Pledged ZIG: 54,608,730 ZIG (worth ~$2.5 Million)
• Number of Participants: 2,123 users
• ZIG Pledge period VWAP*: $0.04539
• Subscription: 1972%

*ZIG VWAP (volume-weighted average price) during the pledge period is calculated using:

Σ(ZIG Volume * ZIG Price) / Σ ZIG Volume

Now that we have the data to calculate the distribution of NeoFi per participant, let’s move to the next steps:

• Using the ZIG VWAP price of $0.04539 and subscription ratio of 1972%, we will calculate the number of NEOFI tokens, and ZIG to be refunded and deducted for 2,123 participants. To learn more about the calculations, head to our blog on ZIGPad rules.
• With the distribution amounts calculated, the team will initiate the process, where the excess ZIG will be refunded, followed by the distribution of NeoFi, as per the shared release schedule:

34% unlock at TGE (24th March 2022), 33% unlock on 24th April 2022, 33% unlock on 24th May 2022
