Everything You Need to Know About the ZIK Token

Today, we’d like to give you a guide on what ZIK is and what you can do with it.
What is ZIK?
ZIK is the token that fuels the Ziktalk economy. Whenever value is exchanged between two users, ZIK is transferred from one person to another.
For example, let’s say John “likes” a post Jane created. When he presses like, he gives 1 ZIK to Jane in appreciation of her content. Jane then checks John’s profile and decides to follow him. She clicks “follow,” and when she does, 3 ZIK are transferred to John. The two become friends, and now John wants to learn English from Jane. John calls Jane and pays her ZIK for helping him practice English.
As we’ve seen in the example above, each interaction will involve the transfer of ZIK.
How to Get ZIK
In our previous post, we introduced Ziktalk’s social mining. Instead of our users buying ZIK, we thought it’d be best for you to earn ZIK for free when you first begin.
Sign-up, you get free ZIK.
Get more likes and followers, you also receive ZIK.
Help a friend learn your language through voice or video calls, and you again receive ZIK.
Refer a friend, you receive a referral bonus in ZIK, and there is no limit to how many people you can invite!
The more active you are, the more likely you are to be rewarded with ZIK tokens, so start using Ziktalk and earn some ZIK!
Can I Sell my ZIK?
While we encourage you to use ZIK in our app, we certainly do give you the option to sell the ZIK you earned through social mining. You will be able to send your ZIK to ProBit Exchange and BW.com, where you can trade your ZIK for USDT (a cryptocurrency that is pegged to 1 USD).

How Do I Convert ZIK into Cash?
Currently, we do not support ZIK to cash conversions. If you wish to do that, you must first trade your ZIK for USDT, and then send the USDT to an exchange that supports your nation’s currency.
Can I Buy ZIK to Use on Ziktalk?
Yes, you can! While in-app purchases of ZIK are not currently available, you can purchase ZIK on ProBit Exchange and BW.com and send the ZIK to your Ziktalk wallet address. That way, you’ll have more ZIK to spend on our app.
