Collecting a work proof with Zinc
A work proof is the process of collecting proof of any work that you have completed

Zinc is a Web3 based work platform that offers tools to collect references and prove of any form of work (courses, workshops, certificates). With a blockchain-based backend you can prove this information and use it over and over throughout the rest of your career. Using a distributed database we can also offer an opportunity to truly control & own information. Here’s the step-by-step process of signing up and collecting your first work proof.
- Sign-up: https://zinc.work/ with LinkedIn, email/password or MetaMask. Use a company email for validation where possible. A decentralised sign-up creates an ENS subdomain for you and deploys your identity contract to the network.
- Share profile: After signing up (https://zinc.work/) send your profile URL link to the instructors of the workshops you attend. They’ll visit your profile and give you a ‘work proof’ for your attendance and new knowledge.
This video demonstrates the rest of the work proof process. This is your work proof providers journey. Your work proof provider will need to be logged in and authenticated with Linkedin to see your “Give work proof” button.
